I have three high energy dogs that need to be stimulated and exercised daily to prevent them from destroying our home. In addition to walking, playing fetch and swimming, they love interactive toys that not only help reduce their stress but also can feed their hunger!
Enrichment also called interactive toys offer different levels of difficulty and a variety of challenges. These toys are reward-based, which means that after solving the puzzle, your pup will eat a delicious treat.
Treats are a great way to reward your puppy, especially when she or he is learning a new task. Treats can motivate your dog to engage in the training. To get your dog involved, using treats that your dog loves is critical. Here I share some of our favorite enrichment toys for dogs:
