Why You Should Skip The Gym & Work Out With Your Dog

Who doesn’t want to live a healthier life? How many times have you signed up for an exercise pawgram (program) and how many gym memberships have you not been able to fully commit to? My parents have started many exercise pawgrams including running, tae kwon do, hot yoga, regular doga (yoga), Pawlates, you name it! And I’m not even counting all the home videos my mother has in the TV cabinet! The end result was always the same. They couldn’t fit any pawgrams into their schedule. Nobody will argue that a regular physical exercise pawgram can improve your health. But most people would admit that it is often difficult to fit an exercise pawgram into your busy life.

Luckily, for my mother, I was around to solve her pawblem.

I told her, “Don’t you worry mother, I will be your best trainer. Let me be in charge of your exercise pawgram.”

Your dog has the qualities of the best exercise trainer you can get. He will always have a pawsitive attitude. He will always be excited to go for a walk or run every day, and he will never make excuses. I don’t need an alarm to wake up. I consistently wake up my parents with kisses bright and early at 6:30AM. I get so excited about these walks that my tail wags loudly hitting the mattress and any furniture close to me. If the kisses don’t do the trick, the loud wagging tail FUR-SURE gets them up!

If you are like my parents, my furry suggestion is that you start with short daily doggy walks too. Look at your schedule and reserve 10 mins of your time in the morning and at night. One walk will be before you go to work and the second walk after your dinner time.

I can confidently (paws down) promise you that if you consistently take your four-legged friend for walks, you will see immediate results.

🐾 You will improve your general health by daily walking

🐾    You will gain more energy

🐾 You will enjoy reduced stress levels

Let’s get started with your new exercise pawgram and let your furry friend be your personal trainer!
